Remote Chat Support Specialist

Job Description: We are looking for a Remote Chat Support Specialist to join our team at Sidra Medicine. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing chat support to our patients and assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have. This position requires 3 years of experience in a similar role, as well as a high level of energy and dedication.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to chat inquiries from patients in a timely and professional manner 2. Provide accurate information and assistance to patients regarding their medical needs 3. Escalate any complex issues to the appropriate team members for further assistance 4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional support 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless patient experience 6. Utilize project management skills to prioritize and manage workload effectively 7. Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle multiple chat inquiries simultaneously

Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in a chat support or customer service role 2. Energetic and dedicated personality traits 3. Strong project management and time management skills 4. Ability to work remotely and independently 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 6. Proficiency in using chat support tools and software
