Ezdan Holding Group is seeking a dedicated and passionate Remote Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Doha, Qatar on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in customer support.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide professional and efficient chat support to customers via online chat platforms. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and problem resolution. 3. Communicate with customers in a friendly and helpful manner, ensuring a positive customer experience. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and effective responses to customer inquiries. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Handle escalations and complaints with empathy and professionalism.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. 2. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 3. Proficient typing speed and computer literacy. 4. Project management and planning skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Excellent problem-solving abilities. 7. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
