Job Description:

Sidra Medicine is seeking a Remote Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a part-time entry-level position, this role involves providing chat support to our customers in a remote setting. The ideal candidate will be reliable, hardworking, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and have strong time management abilities.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through chat communication - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions - Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and tools to improve customer support

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and remotely - Basic computer skills and familiarity with chat support platforms - Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment - No prior experience required
