Job Description:

Barwa Group is seeking a Chat Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat platforms. This position is remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through chat platforms in a professional and timely manner - Assist customers with product information, account inquiries, order status, and issue resolution - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and strive to exceed customer expectations - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and consistent service delivery - Identify and escalate any complex issues to the appropriate department for further assistance - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively - Proficient in using chat platforms and basic computer skills - Hardworking and resilient attitude towards customer service - Critical thinking skills to quickly analyze and resolve customer inquiries - Time management skills to efficiently handle customer interactions - No prior experience required, entry-level position
