Job Description - Client Relations Assistant

Job Description:


We are looking for a passionate and confident Client Relations Assistant to join our team at Sidra Medicine in Doha, Qatar. As a key member of the client relations team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with our clients to ensure their needs are met efficiently and effectively.


Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist clients with scheduling appointments, coordinating services, and providing information about our facilities and services. 3. Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of client services. 4. Maintain client records and update information in the database accurately and promptly. 5. Identify opportunities to upsell services and products to clients based on their needs and preferences. 6. Collaborate with colleagues to develop strategies for improving client satisfaction and retention. 7. Prepare reports on client feedback, trends, and satisfaction levels to inform decision-making.


Requirements: 1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
