Job Description:
As a Client Relations Assistant at Meddy, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing relationships with our clients. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and requirements - Providing assistance and support to clients throughout their interaction with our company - Resolving any issues or concerns that may arise during the client relationship - Maintaining client records and ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available - Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless experience for our clients - Participating in meetings and presentations with clients as needed - Assisting in the development and implementation of client retention strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - 2 years of experience in a client-facing role - Driven and independent personality traits - Strong planning and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
