Client Relations Associate

Qatar Rail is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Client Relations Associate to join our team in Doha. As a Client Relations Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and serving as a key point of contact for any inquiries or concerns.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships - Proactively reach out to clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify any areas for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved effectively - Assist in the development of client retention strategies and initiatives - Provide clients with product or service information and guidance as needed - Prepare reports on client feedback and satisfaction levels

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management skills - Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with grace - Energetic and proactive with a positive attitude - Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively - Planning and multitasking abilities - Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
