Job Description - Client Relations Associate - Work from home

Job Description:


Hilton is seeking a motivated and driven Client Relations Associate to join our team. This position offers the flexibility of working from home in Doha, QA on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level role, we require at least 1 year of experience in a similar field.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and excellent customer service. - Act as a liaison between clients and the company, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner. - Assist clients with their inquiries, orders, and requests, providing accurate information and solutions. - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to clients, maximizing revenue potential. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention. - Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions, updating information in the company database.


Requirements: - Proven experience in a customer service or client relations role. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong attention to detail. - Ability to make sound decisions and negotiate effectively with clients. - Highly motivated and results-driven individual with a proactive approach to problem-solving. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
