Remote Client Relations Manager

At Qatar Sports Investments, we are seeking a Remote Client Relations Manager to join our team in Doha. This part-time role is perfect for someone with at least 5 years of experience in client relations who is motivated and dedicated to delivering exceptional service. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will possess strong soft skills such as strategic planning and project management.

Responsibilities: - Manage client relationships remotely, ensuring excellent communication and fostering a positive rapport - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to existing clients - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver on client expectations and goals - Develop and implement a strategic client engagement plan - Provide regular reports on client satisfaction and key performance indicators - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - 5+ years of experience in client relations or account management - Strong strategic planning and project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
