We are seeking a passionate and independent Client Relations Manager to join our team at Silatech in Doha, Qatar. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience in client relations or a related field, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement client relations strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns or issues. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to existing clients. - Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on company products or services. - Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements. - Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to facilitate communication and resolve conflicts. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to provide strategic insights to clients.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. - Proven experience in client relations or a similar role. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. - Excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients. - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
