Remote Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

The Remote Client Relations Manager at Hilton in Doha will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships remotely. This position requires an individual with at least 5 years of experience in client relations or a related field. The ideal candidate will be driven and resourceful, with excellent cooperation and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities: - Maintain and build strong relationships with clients through remote communication channels - Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to existing clients - Monitor client feedback and implement improvement strategies as needed - Collaborate with other departments to optimize the client experience - Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - 5+ years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
