Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

Qatar Museums is seeking a motivated and hardworking Client Relations Manager to join our team in Doha. As a Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns they may have.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients - Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns - Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Negotiate and close contracts with clients - Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement - Provide regular updates to clients on project status and deliverables - Manage client expectations and ensure timely delivery of services - Handle any issues or disputes that may arise with clients

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - Minimum of 7 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Strong negotiation and cooperation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Prior experience in the cultural sector is a plus
