Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

MEEZA is seeking a part-time Client Relations Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a mid-to-senior level position with a requirement of 8 years of experience, the ideal candidate will be confident, independent, possess strong decision-making skills, and demonstrate leadership qualities.

Responsibilities: - Manage and cultivate relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Serve as the main point of contact for client communications and issue resolution - Collaborate with internal teams to align on client needs and expectations - Develop and implement strategies to enhance client experience and drive growth - Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in client relations - Provide leadership and guidance to junior client relations team members

Requirements: - 8 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to make strategic decisions and lead a team - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
