Job Description - Client Relations Manager

Job Description:


Ezdan Holding Group is seeking a part-time Client Relations Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience, the ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of resilience and adaptability. This individual will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products or services to clients - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase revenue - Monitor client feedback and performance metrics to continuously improve the client experience - Plan and coordinate client events, meetings, and engagements - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in client relationship management


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in client relations or account management - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams - Excellent planning and organizational skills - Resilient and adaptable to changing business needs - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Knowledge of customer relationship management principles - Fluent in English, Arabic language skills are a plus
