Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

Starlink Qatar is seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team in Doha. As a Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and promoting loyalty to our company.

Responsibilities: 1. Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings. 2. Identify client needs and develop customized solutions to meet their requirements. 3. Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams to ensure successful implementation of projects. 4. Monitor client satisfaction levels and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner. 5. Develop and implement strategies to increase client retention and maximize revenue opportunities. 6. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients showcasing new products or services. 7. Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities within existing client accounts. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to proactively address client needs.

Requirements: 1. 8 years of experience in client relations or a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Reliable and resourceful with a positive attitude. 5. Innovative thinking and ability to present ideas effectively. 6. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
