Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and resilient Client Relations Manager to join our team at Vodafone Qatar in Doha. As a mid-to-senior level position, the Client Relations Manager will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and concerns - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely and effective manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and expectations are exceeded - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to clients - Develop strategies to retain existing clients and acquire new ones - Monitor client satisfaction through feedback surveys and regular check-ins - Analyze data to identify trends and adjust strategies accordingly - Prepare reports on client interactions and progress
Requirements: - 8 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the telecommunications industry - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets - Exceptional organizational and time management skills - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Resilient and dedicated personality traits - Soft skills in cooperation and persuasion
