Job Description:
The Client Relations Manager at Barwa Group will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. This individual will serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities: - Develop strong and long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences - Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of issues - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and propose solutions to enhance client experience - Monitor client satisfaction and feedback, implementing strategies to improve overall client retention rate - Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on client relations activities and outcomes - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in client relations to continuously enhance the company's approach
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities - Motivated and resilient personality traits - Innovative and possesses emotional intelligence - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
