Client Relations Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Barwa Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Relations Manager to work remotely from home. As a Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving any issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences - Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Proactively address client issues and provide timely solutions - Monitor client feedback and satisfaction levels - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services - Develop and implement strategies to enhance client retention - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors

Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in client relations or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and remotely - Adaptable and motivated personality - Strong cooperation and teamwork skills - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
