Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Client Relations Officer to join our team at Ooredoo Q.P.S.C. in Doha, QA. As a Client Relations Officer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to existing clients - Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to provide support on client campaigns and initiatives - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services to clients - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations to clients
Requirements: - Confident and hardworking individual with excellent communication skills - Strong team player who can work well in a collaborative environment - No previous experience required; entry-level position - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
