Remote Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Remote Client Relations Officer to join our team at Ooredoo Q.P.S.C. in Doha, QA. As a Remote Client Relations Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and addressing any issues or concerns they may have. This is a part-time entry-level position, perfect for someone with at least 1 year of experience who is looking to grow their career in client relations.

Responsibilities: - Manage client accounts and ensure their satisfaction with our services. - Communicate with clients via phone, email, chat, or video calls to address their inquiries and concerns. - Monitor client feedback and take action to resolve any issues or improve our services. - Collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure a seamless client experience. - Proactively reach out to clients to provide updates on services or promotions. - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Requirements: - Energetic and resourceful personality - Strong leadership and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work remotely and independently - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
