Remote Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

Qatar Solar Technologies is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Remote Client Relations Officer to join our team in Doha. As a part-time Associate Level role, the Remote Client Relations Officer will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with our clients while working remotely.

Responsibilities: - Manage client accounts and act as the main point of contact for any inquiries or concerns - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their needs and offer solutions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner - Provide leadership and guidance to clients on new products or services - Present updates or reports to clients on a regular basis - Use independent thinking and resourcefulness to solve client-related issues - Prioritize quality in all interactions with clients

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a client relations or similar role - Independent and resourceful personality traits - Strong leadership and presentation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
