Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

As a Client Relations Officer at Qatar National Broadband Network, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention. You will act as the main point of contact for our clients, addressing any concerns or inquiries they may have in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients - Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery - Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner - Monitor client satisfaction and work to resolve any issues that may arise - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients - Prepare and present reports on client interactions and feedback - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Resilient and reliable personality traits - Strong communication and cooperation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent problem-solving skills - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
