Remote Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

Estithmar Holding is seeking a passionate and hardworking Remote Client Relations Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our client relations team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other virtual communication channels to address any questions or concerns. 2. Proactively reach out to clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback on our services. 3. Collaborate with other team members to address client issues and provide timely and effective solutions. 4. Maintain accurate client records and update client information in our database. 5. Monitor client accounts and ensure timely payments and renewals. 6. Assist in the development of client retention strategies to increase overall satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing role. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment. 4. Proficiency in using virtual communication tools and customer relationship management software. 5. Must be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and go above and beyond to meet client needs. 6. Hardworking and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
