Remote Client Relations Officer

Job description:

Woqod is seeking a dynamic and motivated Remote Client Relations Officer to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This part-time entry-level position offers the opportunity to work remotely, providing customer support and building relationships with clients. As a Remote Client Relations Officer, you will be responsible for handling client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance and support - Manage client accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients - Collaborate with other team members to address client needs and exceed expectations - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to clients - Proactively seek feedback from clients to improve services and increase customer satisfaction - Meet or exceed performance goals related to client satisfaction, response times, and sales targets

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Energetic and enthusiastic attitude towards customer service - Innovative mindset and adaptability to changing situations - No prior experience required, training will be provided
