Remote Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

Snoonu, a leading delivery service company based in Doha, Qatar, is seeking a Remote Client Relations Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Client Relations Officer, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and chat to address any inquiries or concerns. 2. Proactively identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and loyalty. 3. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of client issues. 4. Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback. 5. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote new services and products to clients. 6. Conduct regular client satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement. 7. Monitor client accounts to ensure timely payment and address any billing issues. 8. Assist with onboarding new clients and providing training on our services if needed. 9. Stay up to date on industry trends and competitors to provide valuable insights to the team. 10. Meet or exceed key performance indicators related to client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations or a similar role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and take initiative. 5. Emotional intelligence and leadership skills. 6. Motivated to exceed customer expectations and deliver delight. 7. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. 8. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
