Client Relations Officer - Work from home

The Qatar Mobility Innovations Center (QMIC) is seeking a dedicated and passionate Client Relations Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from home. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services to clients. 4. Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing clients. 5. Monitor client accounts and provide regular updates on key metrics and performance. 6. Assist in the development of strategic plans for client retention and growth.

Requirements: 1. Confident and passionate individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 2. Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to strategic planning initiatives. 3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
