Client Relations Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Ezdan Holding Group is seeking a passionate and resilient Client Relations Officer to work from home in Doha, Qatar. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required. The ideal candidate will possess strong emotional intelligence and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and build lasting relationships.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups - Address any client inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Identify potential new business opportunities and upsell products or services to existing clients - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional customer service and support - Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management

Requirements: - Must be passionate about client relations and dedicated to providing exceptional service - Resilient under pressure and able to handle difficult situations with grace and professionalism - Strong emotional intelligence to understand and empathize with clients' needs and concerns - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficient in using technology and communication tools
