Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

Qatar Electricity & Water Company is seeking a passionate and energetic Client Relations Representative to join our team in Doha. As a Client Relations Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners through regular communication and meetings - Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are completed on time - Analyze client feedback and provide suggestions for improvements to enhance the overall customer experience - Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate new leads - Prepare reports on client interactions and sales activities

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Strong analytical skills to identify client needs and opportunities for growth - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Passion for providing exceptional customer service - Energetic and proactive approach to building relationships with clients - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
