Client Relations Representative

As a Client Relations Representative at Qatar Airways in Doha, QA, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with our valued clients. This part-time Associate Level position requires at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for all client inquiries and concerns - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and problem-solving - Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Work closely with internal departments to address client needs and resolve any issues - Develop strategies to increase client engagement and loyalty - Keep accurate records of all client interactions and follow-up as needed

Requirements: - Demonstrated experience in client relations or a similar customer-facing role - Hardworking attitude and strong work ethic - Reliable and able to meet deadlines consistently - Strong leadership skills to effectively manage client interactions - Adaptability to changing client needs and priorities
