Client Relations Representative

Job Description: Qatar Biobank is seeking a reliable and passionate individual to join our team as a Client Relations Representative in our Doha office. This part-time entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with excellent presentation and problem-solving skills to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients and maintain positive relationships - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings - Assist clients with any inquiries or concerns they may have - Educate clients on the services and products offered by Qatar Biobank - Collaborate with colleagues to ensure client needs are met effectively - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Participate in meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills

Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent presentation and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required - No prior experience is necessary, as training will be provided
