Remote Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

Ooredoo Q.P.S.C. is seeking a Remote Client Relations Representative to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Client Relations Representative will be responsible for managing client relationships and providing support remotely. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess the following personality traits: adaptable and dedicated. In addition, the candidate must demonstrate excellent soft skills, particularly in communication and cooperation.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through remote communication channels - Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Provide support and guidance to clients on products and services - Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system - Meet and exceed client satisfaction goals and KPIs - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations or customer service - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Fluency in English, Arabic language skills are a plus
