Client Relations Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

As a Client Relations Representative at Qatar Aluminum Limited, you will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. This role will require you to work remotely from home, providing excellent customer service through various communication channels.

Responsibilities:

- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and concerns - Resolve client issues efficiently and effectively - Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates and answer inquiries - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and ensure satisfaction - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Meet or exceed targets for client satisfaction and retention - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 2 years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Energetic and reliable with a positive attitude - Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Fluent in English, Arabic language skills are a plus
