Client Relations Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Al Jazeera Media Network is seeking a Client Relations Representative to work from home in Doha, QA. This part-time, entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role. The ideal candidate will be resilient and driven, with excellent cooperation and time management skills.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and problem resolution - Provide clients with product or service information and support as needed - Monitor client accounts and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling - Track and report on client interactions and feedback to inform business decisions - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for client retention and growth

Requirements: - 1+ years of experience in a customer service or client relations role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - College degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
