Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

Meddy is seeking a part-time Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Doha, QA. As an Entry Level position with no prior experience necessary, we are looking for energetic and reliable individuals who possess strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage client relationships, addressing any questions, concerns, or issues in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Meddy's products and services to effectively assist clients - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved promptly - Collect and analyze client feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and inform strategic decision-making - Assist in the development and implementation of client retention strategies - Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve client relations processes and procedures

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
