Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

Qatargas Operating Company Limited is seeking a Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner - Maintain client databases and records, updating information as needed - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are completed on time - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to existing clients - Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback to improve our services - Develop and implement client retention strategies to ensure long-term partnerships - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to provide valuable insights to clients - Prepare reports and presentations on client performance and satisfaction metrics

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Energetic and adaptable personality traits - Experience in people management and teamwork - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
