Client Relations Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Qatar Steel Company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Relations Specialist to work from home. The Client Relations Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and building relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and acting as a liaison between clients and the company.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up - Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved effectively - Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to create and implement client retention strategies - Prepare reports on client interactions, feedback, and satisfaction levels - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to provide valuable insights to clients - Work closely with the management team to develop and implement client relationship initiatives

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Hardworking and dedicated personality traits - Strong analytical skills and ability to work well in a team environment - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
