Client Relations Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Qatar Free Zones Authority is currently seeking a talented and experienced Client Relations Specialist to work from home on a part-time basis in Doha, Qatar. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or feedback in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of client projects - Identify opportunities for business growth and development through client interactions - Develop and implement client retention strategies to enhance overall client satisfaction and loyalty - Track and analyze client engagement metrics to measure the success of client relations initiatives - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in client relations to continuously improve processes and strategies

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - 4+ years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Confident and passionate individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills - Demonstrated leadership and project management skills - Proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships - Ability to work independently and remotely, while maintaining a high level of productivity - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
