Client Relations Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Client Relations Specialist at Hilton, working remotely from Doha, QA. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for someone looking to kickstart their career in client relations and customer service.

Responsibilities: - Managing client communications via email, phone, and other channels - Providing exceptional customer service to clients and responding to inquiries in a timely manner - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients - Resolving client issues and concerns effectively and efficiently - Working closely with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Keeping detailed records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless client experiences

Requirements: - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients - Driven and adaptable with a passion for customer service - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively - Experience in people management and persuasion is a plus - No prior experience is required, as training will be provided
