Job Description:
Starlink Qatar is seeking a Remote Client Service Assistant to join our team in Doha. This part-time position is perfect for individuals who are resourceful and hardworking, with a strong desire to provide exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities: - Provide remote customer support via phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with inquiries, issues, and troubleshooting - Manage client accounts and data entry - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Assist in project management tasks as needed - Collaborate with team members to provide a seamless customer experience
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills - Strong project management skills - Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work remotely and independently
