Client Service Assistant

Job description:

Qatar Museums is seeking a motivated and dedicated Client Service Assistant to join our team in Doha. As a Client Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing information about our services - Assist clients in booking appointments and scheduling meetings - Handle client complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and service delivery - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to clients

Requirements: - Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with grace - Reliable and able to work independently - Ability to persuade and influence others in a positive manner
