Client Service Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Client Service Associate to join our team at MEEZA in Doha, Qatar. As a Client Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in person to answer inquiries and provide assistance - Process client requests and ensure accurate and timely delivery of services - Maintain client records and ensure data accuracy - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and escalate as needed - Assist with client onboarding and account maintenance - Proactively seek to understand client needs and provide solutions to meet their objectives - Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Energetic and resilient personality - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills - Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required
