Job Description - Remote Client Service Associate

As a Remote Client Service Associate at Sidra Medicine, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients from a remote location. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.


Responsibilities: 1. Communicate effectively and professionally with clients via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries and resolve any issues they may have. 2. Assist clients with scheduling appointments, accessing medical information, and navigating our online platforms. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 5. Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings to effectively upsell and cross-sell to clients. 6. Provide feedback to management on ways to improve client satisfaction and operational efficiency.


Requirements: 1. Motivated and passionate individual who is dedicated to providing top-notch customer service. 2. Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to innovate solutions to complex problems. 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting. 5. Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office suite. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
