Client Service Associate

Job Description: BeIN Sports is seeking a confident and independent Client Service Associate to join our dynamic team in Doha, Qatar. The Client Service Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, managing client accounts, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. 3. Manage client accounts, including processing orders, tracking shipments, and handling invoicing and billing inquiries. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client projects and deliverables, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction. 5. Provide regular updates to clients on project progress, status, and any relevant information. 6. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients. 7. Assist in the development and implementation of client service strategies to enhance overall client experience. 8. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving client service processes and procedures.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. 3+ years of experience in client service or customer relations. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 7. Previous experience in the sports industry is a plus.
