Job Description - Client Service Associate

Job Description:


QatarDebate is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Client Service Associate to join our team in Doha. As an Associate level position, the Client Service Associate will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. This is a part-time position with a requirement of at least 2 years of experience in client service or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner. 2. Maintain client records and ensure accurate and up-to-date information. 3. Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client issues and provide solutions. 4. Assist in developing client service strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction. 5. Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and upsell services to existing clients. 6. Manage client feedback and complaints, taking steps to address any issues and ensure client retention. 7. Monitor client accounts and ensure timely invoicing and payment collection. 8. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling client information. 9. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and standards. 10. Participate in training and development activities to enhance client service skills and knowledge.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in client service or a similar role. 3. Excellent people management and time management skills. 4. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
