Client Service Associate

Job Description:

Qatar Petroleum is seeking a motivated and resourceful Client Service Associate to join our team in Doha. As a Client Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and assisting them with their inquiries and requests. You will work closely with our team to ensure that clients receive timely and accurate information and support.

Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person - Providing information about products and services to clients - Assisting clients with account management and troubleshooting any issues that may arise - Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless communication and service delivery - Assisting with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent project management and time management skills - High attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work well in a team environment - Basic computer skills - Must be motivated and resourceful
