Client Service Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Client Service Associate to join our team at Qatar Rail. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Doha, Qatar. As a Client Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Your responsibilities will include: - Managing client inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat communication channels - Providing accurate information about our products and services - Resolving client issues and escalating to the appropriate departments when necessary - Maintaining client records and updating databases - Assisting with client onboarding and retention initiatives - Collaborating with other team members to continuously improve our client service processes - Keeping up to date with industry trends and best practices in client service

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client service or customer service role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Innovative thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving - Excellent presentation skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
