Client Service Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

QatarDebate is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Client Service Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This position allows for remote work, giving you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Client Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting with various tasks to ensure the success of our programs.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients with any inquiries or issues that may arise, providing solutions and recommendations as needed - Collaborate with team members to coordinate and execute client events and programs - Prepare and deliver reports to clients, outlining program performance and results - Utilize creativity and persuasion skills to develop new strategies for client engagement and retention - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve client service - Work closely with the management team to achieve organizational goals and objectives

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client service or customer service role - Energetic and resourceful personality traits to effectively engage with clients and team members - Strong soft skills in creativity and persuasion to develop innovative solutions and strategies - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Knowledge of the debate industry is a plus
