Job Description - Client Service Manager


Job Description:


Qatar Biobank is seeking a part-time Client Service Manager to join our team in Doha. As a Mid-to-Senior Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in client service management within the healthcare or research industry.


Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries, feedback, and concerns. 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met effectively. 3. Coordinate with internal teams to address client issues and provide timely solutions. 4. Monitor client satisfaction through feedback surveys and reports, implementing improvements as needed. 5. Collaborate with the research team to ensure client data and samples are collected and stored accurately. 6. Conduct regular client meetings to discuss project progress and upcoming initiatives. 7. Manage client accounts, contracts, and billing processes in alignment with company policies. 8. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to suggest strategic adjustments.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. healthcare management, life sciences). 2. Proven experience in client service management, preferably in a healthcare or research setting. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Resilient and dedicated personality traits. 5. Attention to detail and research skills. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 7. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
