Job Description - Client Service Manager

Job Description:


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Service Manager to join our team at Qatar Biobank. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention. You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, resolving client issues, and driving growth through client acquisition and retention strategies.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention - Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and deliver solutions - Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement - Develop and implement client retention strategies to drive growth and meet targets - Lead regular client meetings to review performance, address issues, and propose solutions - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support client acquisition efforts - Monitor client accounts, contracts, and agreements to ensure compliance and satisfaction - Conduct regular client satisfaction surveys and follow-up on feedback - Prepare and present client performance reports to senior management


Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in client service or account management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment - Energetic and motivated to achieve goals and targets - Proven experience in people management and relationship building - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field - Experience in the healthcare or biobanking industry is a plus
