Job Description - Client Service Manager

Job Description:


Starlink Qatar is seeking a part-time Client Service Manager to join our team in Doha, QA. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in client service management and possess strong interpersonal skills.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded - Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations - Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients - Monitor client satisfaction levels and implement initiatives to improve overall client experience - Analyze client feedback and provide recommendations for improvement - Conduct regular client meetings to review progress and address any concerns - Develop and implement client service strategies to drive growth and retention - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for client engagement - Provide regular reports to management on client performance and key metrics


Requirements: - Minimum of 6 years of experience in client service management - Hardworking and energetic individual with strong communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships - Knowledge of industry best practices and trends - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
